Tumblr don't actually allow you to do this directly it seems, but there is an option of a "hacky" method which would work.

Log into your tumblr account and click on your account button.

Next, click settings. Head to your primary blog settings and then click edit theme.

Now click edit HTML on the top left of the screen. Add this code after the </head> tag.

<!- window.location = “http://inserttumblr.tumblr.com/” //->
</script>

Be sure to edit your new url into the code above.

Click save and try your page again, it should redirect your visitors to the new tumblr account.
