I have two separate Microsoft accounts that I need to merge together into one account. Is it possible to do that, and if I can, what are the steps I need to take to do it?

Sign-in to the Microsoft account. Here, click on the "Permissions" button on the left side of the page. Now, click on "Add linked account" which is located in Manage Linked Accounts.
