Excel lets you make one or multiple rows/headers stick to the top of the page when you scroll down. Does Google Sheets have this?

Yes, freezing rows is supported:

View --> Freeze

You can freeze as many rows and/or columns as desired.

Freezing a row is easy on Google Sheets. You need to open the sheet in question, go to View, and then go to the option "Freeze rows" or "Freeze columns" (in case you want to freeze the column). From the drop-down that emerges, you can choose how many rows or columns you want to be frozen.

When you need to unfreeze it, then simply go to the same option and select the "No frozen rows" (or columns) on the very top.

Poof, you're done!

Some design is good, some design is bad, and yet some design is just full retard Comic Sans with a rainbow gradient on it.
