I just got Notepad++ installed on my work computer to help me produce newsletters. I've figured out most of it, but I can't seem to find out how to use the find-and-replace feature if I want the "replace" part to add a whole new line. Does anyone know how to do this?

Find and replace Button:

  1. Click Search from the top menu bar in Notepad++ and select Replace.
  2. In the Replace window, on the Replace tab, enter the text you want to find and the text you want to use as a replacement.

Replace with newline character:

  1. Press Ctrl+H key (Shortcut for replace window)
  2. Choose Search Mode to Extended
  3. In the ‘Find what’ box enter the integrity to convert to a new line
  4. In 'Replace with' box type \n

Hit Replace All

Boom the work is done!!
