Can you explain to me why I am getting an "Out of HTML5 offline storage space" warning, and what I can do to fix this problem?

Clear your cache and cookies dude, this is a browser error.

If you're using Chrome you can head to chrome://settings/ and search for the "cache" and "cookies" in the search bar.

Hope this helps
