I have a question about frameworks. Can someone explain all of the .env app_log_level options to me? Is there a list of .env app_log_level options somewhere on the Internet?

These log levels are the same as the standard log levels defined in the RFC 5424 specification. From the Laravel Docs:

You may write information to the logs using the Log facade. As previously mentioned, the logger provides the eight logging levels defined in the RFC 5424 specification: emergency, alert, critical, error, warning, notice, info and debug
