This is actually a feature YouTube removed from their editor a couple of years ago. Previously it was possible.
If you wanted to do this now you would need to download the videos (you can do this in the Video Manager or use a dodgy website) and use editing software to join the videos together.
Something basic like Windows Movie Maker could probably do this, or if you're more advanced Adobe do 30 day trials for Adobe Premier.
