Every time I get on my computer, which has Windows 10 installed, I get a flickering star menu. I have tried restarting the computer several times but it is still doing it. Is there a fix to this that I do not know about?

Uninstall a problematic desktop application
  • Open Control Panel.
  • Click on Uninstall a program.
  • Select the application you want to remove.
  • Click Uninstall and go through the uninstall process.

Or update graphics drivers.

  • Open Settings > Update & security > Recovery.
  • Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
  • Click on Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings.
  • Click on Restart.
