Administrative review is the process in which a visa application is reviewed, even after it has been approved. Before undergoing an administrative review, the visa holder will be questioned on their travel plans and if they have any further intentions of traveling to or remaining in the UK, past or future. After this questioning process, if a visa holder’s answers are satisfactory and they are not considered a risk to homeland security or public safety, then their visa will be renewed for a period of six months.
In order to get a 10 year long residence documents required applicants need to provide evidence of residence for the previous 5 years. This can be in the form of rental agreements, utility bills, or other documents that prove that the applicant lives in the UK.
