1. Use the fucking Bing keyword planner tool (they even copy the Google UI for this which is hilarious but who am I to make fun of a billion dollar business 
2. Find a money keyword with decent volume (they literally give you exact monthly volume by the week)
3. Make sure your money keyword has some sort of EMD available (.net/.org/.io/.xyz/.site is fine)
4. Get some social signals/profiles/edu/gov links/web 2.0s and spam the shit out of them as "tier 2"
5. Understand that Google is dumb (unless you're a main-stream media left leaning site, in which case you ranked solely due to the Google algprithm and no human interference whatsoever) and Bing is dumber
6. Spam your trash site with links until it ranks
