Some max-size issue with Laravel caching library.

<?php

  // Fix weird issue with cache
  // unserialize(): Error at offset 2 of 32758 bytes
  try {
    \Cache::get('some_cache_key');
  }
  catch (Exception $e) {
    \Cache::flush();
    die( 'Cache error occurred. Please refresh the page.<br/><br/>Caught exception: '
           .  $e->getMessage() );
  }

Ran into this issue due to a cached JSON string starting to exceed (65536/2)=32768 characters over time.

All of the other issues on the Internet seem to be occuring for completely different reasons. If you run into this issue, it could be related to something similar.
