This is the line that caused the error to be thrown:

INSERT IGNORE INTO things (name, created_at, updated_at) VALUES ("Some String", 1563893034, 1563893034);

This is the correct line:

INSERT OR IGNORE INTO things (name, created_at, updated_at) VALUES ("Some String", 1563893034, 1563893034);

The answer is to use INSERT OR IGNORE with SQLite, rather than INSERT IGNORE, which is what MySQL/MariaDB/some others use.
